Latinx Heritage Month Panel with Hachette & Oprah Magazine

I had the pleasure of participating in a conversation with Latinx writers, artists, and creatives, hosted by Hachette Book Group; O, The Oprah Magazine; and Hearst LatinX.

The event was moderated by Saraciea Fennell, founder of TheBronxIsReading.com and featured: Arianna Davis, author of “What Would Frida Do? A Guide to Living Boldly,” and digital director of OprahMag.com, Patricia Gonzalez, Mexican Vegan chef and founder of the restaurant Healthy Substance, as featured in Marcus Samuelsson's cookbook "The Rise: Black Cooks and the Soul of American Food," Nina Moreno, author of “Don’t Date Rosa Santos,” Sabrina Vourvoulias, author of “Nuestra América,” and me, Laekan Zea Kemp, author of “Somewhere Between Bitter and Sweet.”
